At UX Fika we provide practical hands-on learning that you can apply the very same day.
Our focus is to help you through the different stages of your UX career, and to educate those of you in related disciplines to get a better understanding of UX. Because though UX should be owned by someone, it affects every aspect of the business.
It means to have a break over something to eat and/ or drink. Usually it’s a cup of coffee accompanied by something sweet but it can be any drink and light bite. More than anything, it’s about taking some time out with friends, family, or colleagues, and in many Swedish workplaces fika is scheduled into the day.
Going for a fika is a bit of a treat. That’s how we want UX fika to feel too. It’s work but at the same time it’s not. It’s UX Fika.
We know the practical limitations of everyday (work) life. That’s why all of our offerings are bite sized. That way you can fit it into your day and you’ll keep coming back. And that matters because that’s how progress is made.
Join our monthly online or in person UX Fika meet ups. Each one has a theme, and of course a fika element to it. You'll find them all on our meet- ups page.
Our training comes as one-off master classes and workshops, or as courses. Either online or in person, off the shelf, or custom made for you, your whole team or company. If you want to know more get in touch.
To make it easy for you we've gathered the best and the latest resources for the different stages and areas of your UX career in our guides. If you have something you'd like us to add let us know.
We offer both mentoring where we share our skills and experience to help you, and coaching where we work with you to define and reach your goals. If that's what you're looking for, drop us a line.
